Php 5 3 8 For Readynas X86 Based
The link on the official ReadyNAS page for the guide and installation procedure should be updated to the v0.0.2 fix. ( This one: ) I grabbed the.bin from the link in that guide yesterday, and then hit the connection problems. I didn't have time yesterday to look for a fix, but if the link was up to date this problem most likely wouldn't have arose. For semi-geeks like me a little bit of tail chasing isn't a major problem, however to the un-techs who just want their equipment to work, it would cause unnecessary grief and possibly put people off the Netgear name. This is not a complaint, just a heads up that the link should be fixed to the newer, working bin, IMHO, of course.
I assume the newer fix works on the older firmware, otherwise just mention it in the guide that a different version is required for newer firmware. I have installed: v1.0.9.51 - ReadyNAS Remote Successfully installed Squeezebox Server 7.5.3-sparc-readynas addon package. I cannot manage ReadyNas Remote as it gives the following error. Hola to all, Brand new noob to ownCloud here! Trying to get it setup on the ReadyNAS Duo V2 (ARM). Followed all the prompts on the add-ons pages at ReadyNAS and wound up getting a download link for the install file: ownCloud_4.0.4-arm-0.2.3.bin This was installed easily enough in the ReadyNAS system and now shows up as an installed add-on. Two questions: 1.
Looking around here and seeing all the various versions with higher numbers, I am not sure I really have the latest. Can someone confirm what I got is the latest? I do get the login page when I select the OwnCloud add-on, but haven't a clue as to what to do for login username and password. I did download the Admin manual as well as the user manual, but an initial look did not reveal any obvious 'admin/root' combinations, LoL. Driver Pack Printershare For Android there. I admit to being a little intimidated by Linux command line stuff, but can work my way through it if necessary. I had hoped this would be a fairly straight forward web-interface type setup, but since I can't get past the login, not much I can do.
TIA for pointing me in the right direction! Montyj [Edit] Yes, I do have PHP installed!
Hi, the latest version of the 4.0.x branch is 4.0.16 which was announced here: As you can see at the changelog page: your version 4.0. How To Install Google Market On Archos 53. 4 was released more than a year ago and is probably not the best choice to start with. If you can't find a newer version for your package manager its probably the best to install OC manually like described here: (Maybe you can find an howto / tutorial for a ReadyNAS via google or on a ReadyNAS community) *Edit* Not a tutorial but probably a good starting point: In such a ReadyNAS forums you will probably find more users familiar with this system that in this community forums here. As Rancor said, 4.0.16 is the latest in that branch. The next branch is 4.5.x; the latest there is 4.5.13. There's also a 5.0.x branch, but it's not as stable as 4.5.x yet. If you want to upgrade to 4.5.x -- and I think you should -- do it in two steps: First upgrade to 4.0.16, then again to 4.5.13.
The easiest way is to follow the instructions here: Those instructions are for an x86-based ReadyNAS Ultra, but I expect that they'll work fine if your OwnCloud directory is in the same place as on the Ultra (/usr/share/owncloud). The page starts in French, but there's an English version of the instructions halfway down the page. You can find the URLs for the 'wget' download command here: Note that if you want to use the sync client on your PC, you'll need a different version for 4.5.x than for 4.0.x. The latest version that works with 4.5.x is Sync Client 1.3.0.
