I just installed a new video card on a used computer I bought recently. I have a Dell 1703fp monitor that is not working on the card when windows 7 boots up. I can get the BIOS to start on the Dell monitor, but when I exit the BIOS and windows boots up, the Dell monitor screen goes black and my Samsung monitor finishes the boot up. Windows control panel and my GeForce GT730 video card do not detect the Dell monitor. I'm not sure what's going on here.
